SteamRadar is a free, open-source Windows app that watches Steam, GOG and Epic and tells you when a game goes free or drops under the price you set.
The tiers are free, under 5 and under 10, in your store's own currency. A full sweep covers about 10,800 discounted Steam and GOG offers. A game raises an alert only when it drops into a better tier than the one it was in, not for as long as it stays there, and alerts can arrive grouped per tier or one per game.
The watchlist alerts on drops that reach no tier, optionally with a target price, and every watched game gets a stepped chart of its price over time. The Epic section lists the games Epic gives away: the ones you can claim now and the ones announced for the coming weeks, with their exact dates.
SteamRadar runs in the tray, uses native Windows notifications and updates itself. It is one portable .exe, with no account and no login to any store. GPL-3.0, source on GitHub.
