SteamEngine SvnCode

Everything is now building via MsBuild. The only broken part is setting the "ScriptsAssemblyNumber", i.e. we can't do rebuilds currently. This was the whole reason for doing this excersise. I thought I saw it working already. Fuck this.

GameCore now compiles using MsBuild. Somewhat. To be continued.

Moving towards msbuild from Nant (because I feel like it. Not because it's somehow needed, hah). SharpSvn now a nuget package. Simplifying the scripts in root, the default way to do stuff shall be VS.
bin folder shall be probably decomissioned, will use distrib instead. Not that it's better but the transition has to be somehow visible.
At this point AuxiliaryServer buildable, now to reimplement the ant stuff. It's entirely possible I won't actually finish this. Ever. No surprise there :)

Moving to Visual studio 2015. Sln shall be in the root.
