checkout the source code
open the "src" folder
copy the messages_en.properties file and rename it to messages_fr.properties (if "fr" is the language code for france - i don't know ;-)
translate everything in the file to france
go back to the root folder of the checkout and run in the commandline "ant make" (you need the build tool ant to deploy the project)
send me the messages_fr.properties file, so others can benefit from your translation
