Could you please advice if DevKit could be compiled with support for RESQML 2.0/2.0.1 ?

Also in "Generating the DevKit" help, in "Folder Structure" section there are references for prodml_v2.1.0.1_GDA in API section and prodml_v1.2.2 in DataSchema section - these versions seems nolonger available from Energistics web site - in case if I only interested in RESQML support within DevKit - coul dI exclude these sections or they still required ?
