I was able to download all apps except "WindowsExplorer." The link for that app actually points to the "Commenter" app.

    Hi Chris;

     You are absolutely correct. That was the wrong App for sure (my bad)!  :-(

 I just rebuilt the WinExplorer App today using my latest Integrated framework and PB2017R3 (latest build). I have archived the PB2017R2 version of WinExplorer in the "Archive" sub-folder. I also just uploaded the correct & latest WinExplorer to it's SF folder. Please try the download again for the WinExplorer. My sincere appologies!
