#105 bad encoding of viewvc links...

we run statsvn 0.5 on Ubuntu 10.04LTS with the command:

statsvn -output-dir $OUTDIR -title ROOT \
-viewvc "http://root.cern.ch/viewvc/trunk" -threads 5 \
-exclude 'roofit/**;roofitcore/**' \
/user/httpd/root/lxr/data/root/svn.log /user/httpd/root/lxr/data/root

and we get in:

http://root.cern.ch/statsvn/2011-07.html

links like this:

This seems to be the same issue as here:

Would this be fixed by using the -charset statsvn option? If not what can be done?
