umm... JBuilder is an IDE and also it provides a
visual editor for the GUI part of the application. It
comes with some extra GUI components that are not part
of the standard JDK swing !!! its really worth using
and it comes free !!! im not sure whether it provides
cvs facilities...but still its one great RAD tool when
it comes to gui development !!!
