#1 Add the ability to apply changes to part of a selection

Add the ability to apply changes (AttributeMap changes)
to parts of a selection based on the type of cell. For
example, add a way to filter out ports and edges from
the selection list.

This should be easily controlled by the user at
applyData/applyPanel, and should allow for filtering of
unknown types of cells.
