[ST-announce] ST 1.8

Version 1.8 of the State Threads Library is now available.  It adds
support for kqueue and epoll, adds st_readv(), st_readv_resid() and
st_writev_resid(), and finally defines ST_UTIME_NO_TIMEOUT and
ST_UTIME_NO_WAIT.
