[ST-devel] State Threads version 1.5.0

Experimental version 1.5.0 of the State Threads Library is now
available.  It supports more platforms, adds a DNS resolver extension,
and runs faster with many threads.  See the included README file for
details.

This version does not include the asked-for pthreads interoperability or
adequate documentation for the DNS resolver extension.  Maybe they'll be
in 1.5.1.
