[ST-devel] Patch to get st/linux to build on most archs

The patch attached makes libst work on linux for:
	sparc, arm, alpha, powerpc, ia64, i386, mipsel, mips.

libst is quite broken on hppa. I have no idea what's wrong. If someone could
look at this, I'd really appriciate it.

Finally, libst is now in debian/woody main for all the architectures listed
above. Sorry it took so long!

I've also have prebuilt potato .debs which could be made available on
sourceforge if you think people would find them useful. I haven't attached
them however since it totals to 161k. :-)
