please download and install the new release of StatCVS, 0.2.1, which
was released today and should fix your problem.
You can download it from the homepage: http://statcvs.sf.net/
The problem is not related to chinese characters in the logfile. But I
believe that they will not be displayed correctly in the HTML reports.
That's something StatCVS cannot do at the moment.
