OK, but I'll need to separate out the Cairo-specific stuff first, since 
the majority of StatCVS users won't want that just yet.  I think there 
were only two or three changes required to make StatCVS 0.2.2 work with 
JFreeChart 1.0.0 (going forward, the JFreeChart API won't change, so 
future releases in the 1.0.x series will be drop in replacements unless 
I mess something up).
