[Statcvs-users] Development Build with -tags

Could one of the StatCVS developers (Richard?) perhaps post a development 
build .jar file with the new -tags option in it?

I don't have a working ant development environment right now, as I'm not doing 
Java development at my current employer, so if I can avoid creating one for 
the moment, it would make my life a little easier.
