Note the :sspi: part. That's the access method which must be used to 
access your repository. Looks like your CVS client doesn't support that 
method. It's not a standard method like :pserver:. I don't know which 
clients support it. Maybe CVSNT? I think you should ask the 
administrator of the repository. Ask him how to access the repository 
with a CVS command line client.
