[Statcvs-users] New StatCVS website

I forgot to mention, we also have a new website.

I hope that it is a bit more focused on what someone wants to know when 
he or she encounters StatCVS for the first time. It also validates. 
Comments are welcome. Anything missing? If you happen to have an exotic 
browser, could you please check if the site looks acceptable?
