StatCvs should work on a headless system with JDK1.4 (tested on Linux and
Solaris). Assuming your server has an older JVM, my suggestion would be to
install a 1.4 JDK.

If that is not an option, you can read about possible workarounds in the
Known Issues section of the wormscan website [1]. However, I didn't try any
of them.
