#63 CVS log message stat

It would be nice to have a table of the most used log
messages. With the references to the users who use them.

Example:

log_msg_1 | used_N_times | user1 (N1_times) | user2
(N2_times) | ...
...

Could be helpful for "panishing" of lazy commiters who
used to use the same message everytime. :)
