StatCVS can generate links to a ViewCVS, cvsweb or Chora
installation, especially for the commit log. It could also generate
links to a simple working copy. You couldn't view old revisions or
diffs, but you could still quickly view a file from the commit log.

Ideas:
- specify http:// URL from the command line for projects that have a
current checkout somewhere online
- specify file:// URL from the command line for reports that you use
only locally
- relative URLs might also be useful in some cases
- Command line parameter: -linktofiles [url]
- if url is not specified, use file:// URLs of the working copy used to
generate the report
