It would be very nice (and probably not too hard) to
create a servlet that would be able to generate stats
on demand (or scheduled) for a list of projects. That
way you have one point of entry into all the projects
and the tool is a bit more robust (I can see this
easily be integrated with ViewCVS or cruisecontrol).
Anyway, just a thought...

    I don't see this happening anytime soon, but it would be a neat project.
    This should be a separate project from StatCVS, but parts of the StatCVS
    codebase would be useful.

    A possible issue: How does the servlet get notified of new commits? It
    could check on every HTTP request, or check periodically, or use the CVS
    feature where CVS executes a script after each commit.
