Please run the StatCVS tool directly on your project to see if you get the same result. If you do then check this with the StatCVS project. I am not sure about the inner workings of there tool but I am sure they are. StatSCM just wraps around StatSVN and StatCVS, and I think it is unlikely that my wrapper changed the inner workings of the tools. However I could be wrong so please let me know how you get on.
