[Stat-scm-user] Upload StatSCM into central Maven repository

Hello,

This plugins is very nice but it is not available through central
Maven repository.

I know it possible to configure a specific repository for StatSCM, but
I'm managing a corporate environment and I can't add a specific
repositories for each external artifact we use.

Please, could you upload this nice tool to maven central repository ?
