#1 -C paramater not working

The -C parameter doesn't do anything, it's just ignored.
When I give a not-existing path I do get a warning.

Version: star 1.5a25 (x86_64-redhat-linux-gnu)
Distro: FC3 x86_64
Kernel: 2.6.9-1.724_FC3
