StarUML-Plus is a upgraded version of StarUML. It provides serveral additional features. the goal of this project is making Team-working enabled StarUML, and making UML tool which can be linked with PMS solution tightly.

stores model data to Database.(supports various RDBMS)
As sharing a model Repository, team-working is enabled.
supports Version control, Conflict prevention(Lock/UnLock)
provides PMS Integration features - Project connection, Requirements sharing, etc
All the other functions are the same as the StarUML.

Look interesting but I can´t even install it. On my W7 64 Pro (in spanish) machine, installation crashes at the very beggining claiming it can not initialize. If I run it as an administrator, some strange dialog (chinesse?) characters appear so I decide to abort the installation
