#30 Keyboard shortcut manager

Hello. It would be great to have some sort of keyboard shortcut manager so everyone could set their favorite shortcuts or those which they think are the best for them.

Its really troublesome that there are no shortcuts for creating new class its method and variable. Their are the most required. Well at least by me hehe. :)

Thats great there is StarUML. In my opinion the best solution for creating UML diagrams.
