C++ Rev Eng needs preprocessor options.

Many C++ projects use #defines to specify class properties such as the decl_spec stuff for windows. We need a way to undefine these macros for the reverse engineering to work properly. If we could define some pre-processor symbols prior to rev-eng this would go a long way. Optionally the rev-eng tools need to properly pre-process the source.
