Can anyone tell me why enums will not generate in Java? They are not even
detected in any of my model's models, only classes and interfaces are.

StarUML in its original state supports Java up to version 1.4. You may
download Java module updated to version 1.5 by Frank Hernandez (announced on
this forum) or try forked WhiteStarUML which integrates that module out of the
box.
