#9 Print option gets disabled

The Print option (menu or button) is disabled after the
error message "Cannot focus a disabled or invisible
window" is shown. The only way to recover from this is
to "unhide" (pin down) the diagram explorer and model
explorer windows, then exit the application.

It seems to be an issue that fails when a refresh
routine is being called, and the ensuing exception
stops the processing of the rest of that refresh.
Thus, buttons in the toolbar, and options in the menu
do not get enabled correctly.
