#60 C# reverse engineering fails because of accentuated letters

When C# code contains accentuated symbols like é, è, à, the reverse engineering module fails with a parse error on first accentuated character.

Now french characters are well managed in almost all good dev software and so French source code often use them in package/class/method names.

It would be great if StarUML's reverse engineering could handle it... or do I have to change some setting somewhere ?
