Whenever I print diagram (any), it gets messed.
It is not like "completely messed and unreadable", it is just like "slightly messed and unreadable" :).

Every part of diagram (e.g. classes and comments in class diagram, ...) is moved a little (sometimes moved more than width and height of the item). What is worse, these changes are permanent
- no Undo possible
- if I save document by accident, there is no way to get the shape of document back (just redraw and reposition)
- printed document is messed in the same way
- Print preview shows normal document, mess occurs only after I press the button "Print"

I use Canon i320 printer, but the same happens with printing to pdf (with any software printer).

I didn't find any setting influencing this, so I'm not able to print (and also not willing to print, just to keep document alive)

Anyway, StarUML is great product (except of printing part :) )

I have the same problem !

Same issue. Not affected by Preview, but printing to any printer type will randomly cause some of the classes to bloat like the Michelin man, hiding other classes. I cannot seem to edit out whatever is causing the classes to bloat, but once they bloat, they will not resize and stay that way. This makes the product totally unusable as a design tool as hard copies are needed for meetings and scribbling on.

Traced the print Class bloat issue to word wrap. If you toggle the word wrap on an object, it will cause/fix the issue.
