#21 C++ Code Generator does not save settings

Every time you want to generate code, you have to
re-enter the settings that you want to use. For
instance, if you want your output to be ".c" file, you
have to make this selection each time. Also, you have
to reenter default "include" files in the include files
section. It would be helpful if these settings were
saved from one session to the next.

Turns out there is a way to deal with this through the
options menu. No big deal.
