#12 Ampersands in names are incorrectly displayed.

The ampersands in names are incorrectly placed in
control captions. This happens as far as I know on the
tab pages where they are incorrectly regarded as
"underline" markers. Therefor, creating a diagram
called "Sticks & Stones" will result in a Tab page with
the header "Sticks _Stones".

An ampersand in a string field used as a caption or
text for a control should be escaped by adding another
ampersand before it.
