    For 0.5 the AI should:
    build factories and mines: done
    build scouts and send them out
    build colonizers and colonise habitable worlds
    conduct research
    build defensive fleets

     
  • retired C# coder

    Everything done except building defensive fleets.
    In addition it will try to maintain planetary population at 50% of capacity to maximise growth rate by building transports and sending excess population to underpopulated planets.
    In the early game the A.I. will do a little harassing with destroyers but it ignores enemy fleets
