#13 Check on Submit
It would be handy if the GUI would check the orders before submitting for some common problems / missed items. This could include planets with an empty production queue (that still need mines/factories/terraform) or fleets about to run out of fuel. It should be possible to tell the GUI to ignore a warning type in future (as per the hiding of messages in Stars!).
