#16 External Call Parameters

The following parameters should be avai;bale for orgnization admin (all parameters should have defualt values as indicated):

Max Extension Length (4)
Local Phone Length (10)
Outbound Dialing Prefix ("<none>")
Country Prefix ("1")
International Dialing Prefix ("011")

All numbers longer then "Local Phone Length" should be stripped from leading "Outbound Dialing Prefix".
In Lookup DID country prefix if exists should be stripped also (so 9-1-678-608-1293 will be used as 678-608-1293, while 9-011-7-812-678-608-1293 will be used as 011-7-812-678-608-1293)
