#15 Dashboard, queue tab, agent interval summary values

as of 11/5/08 in the DevNet environment using the organization NewTrain, on the Dashboard Queue tab, the Agent Interval Summary group the columns Times Off Hook and Times Unavailable do not get reset for the interval. I have a document with screen shots of dashboard from 11/4 and 11/5 and a screen shot of the agent activity table showing no agents were logged in between 4:40 pm 11/4 and 9:30 am ll/5. All agent interval summary counts should have been 0.
