#2 Add Moons and multi-maps

At the moment only one worldmap can be attached to any
single planet, and though the number of moons around a
planet can be edited, there is nothing involving moons.

I'd like to add the capability to attach multiple maps
to a planet/moon, and perhaps add an 'orbital map'
which shows all
moons/starbases/sattelites/colonies/etc. in orbit of
the planet.

Ideally this orbital map will also include a 3d
graphic of the planet with the attached worldmap
textured onto the graphic.

Being able to generate random maps would be essential for
developing and populating large interstellar civilizations.
Might we be able to incorporate code from something like
the Fractal World Map generator
(http://www.lysator.liu.se/~johol/fwmg/fwmg.html) into this?

Certainly this can be done. I think a decent search of
this or other open-source sites can reveal some code. At
least enough to get started. I'll undertake to look at the
URL mentioned a bit later...
