#26 Popup behavior with multiple screens misleading

Popups (like Preferences or the "run" popup) seem to remember their last position, which is not really wanted, when you have 2 monitors. On my first start, the popups didn't open on the monitor the programm was and I thought it crashed, because nothing seemed to happen.
