#23 Support STPA-SEC

STPA-SEC (for Security) uses STPA to analyize security issues. It is the same process, just with some items renamed:

Accidents -> (Unacceptable ) Losses
Hazards -> Vulnerabilities
Unsafe Control Actions -> Unsecure Control Actions
Safety * -> Security * (aka Safety Constraints - > Security Constraints)
