- Migrated from Visual Studio deployment package setup project (discontinued in VS) to WiX installer
- General behavioral / source file changes:
  - Fixed minor compiler warnings
  - Removed unused AddCaptionsImport.af-ZA.resx and Progress.af.resx
  - Disabled ribbon buttons for online video objects (MediaFormat doesn't exist, causes exceptions)
  - Removed unused button icon image files and resources

    - Removed NuGet installation of NUnit packages
    - Added to References\ folder only those libraries needed from NUnit 2.5.10.11092 --> NUnit must be installed locally to run the STAMP tests
