#1 File->New unavailable after closing an image-viewing window

I've seen this occur while running version 0.87.

I launch the application, choose a URL to stalk, and then watch for a while.
I get bored, and close the window, hoping to be able to select a new URL.
The URL-choosing dialog doesn't re-appear, and the File->New menu item remains grayed out.

I have to Quit and relaunch the app to stalk another URL.
