I Have Message

"I Have" Message notifies the recipient node about which entries does the sender node have in its database. The message contains a list of IDs of all leaf entries in the sender's database. After node have sent an "I Have" Message to some other node, it should wait for "I Have Acknowledge" Message reply from that node before sending next "I Have" Message to the same recipient.
