What operating system are you using? Did you compile your C++ service on a 64-bit OS? If not, try that. What compile options did you use? -------------------------------------------------------------- Sharon Lucas IBM Austin, lu...@us... Date: 11/22/2010 02:41 AM Subject: [staf-devel] Service Crash On 64-bit OS but OK on 32-bit OS HI, My own Service is OK on 32-bit OS, but It is wrong on 64-bit OS. I track it and find that some functions can not work normally on 64-bit OS. such as: 1,pData->fListHandleMapClass = STAFMapClassDefinition::create ("STAF/Service/FaultInject/ListHandle"); 2,pData->fQueryHandleMapClass = STAFMapClassDefinition::create ("STAF/Service/FaultInject/QueryHandle"); 3,STAFResultPtr result = pData->fHandlePtr->submit("local", "VAR", "RESOLVE STRING {STAF/Config/Sep/Line}"); ..... Who can tell me some points when move service code from 32-bit OS to 64-bit OS.
