#746 Add ability for ssl interface to validate the certificate hostname

The STAF SSL Secure TCP Connection Provider does not currently validate the hostname in the certificate. This feature is to add the ability to perform verification of the certificate hostname in order to deal with man-in-the-middle attacks.

This feature was requested by Pushkar Pathak of VMware.
