#699 Need TIMEOUT option for process to start in ASYNC mode

I'm adding this artifact based on discussion with Sharon. I would request for a "timeout" for async process requests. This helps when we start some process in ASYNC mode and want it to be destroyed after pre-defined timeout value. Process request can then return "Operation timedout" RC value.
We have WAIT option for PROCESS requests which are started in blocking mode, we need similar option for async requests.
