#128 Specify end log record in QUERY output

No

Need a better way when browsing the output from a LOG QUERY request to know when the end of a log
record is reached. Since there can be newlines written in a LOG record, finding a CR LF doesn't
necessarily mean this is the end of a log record. Might want to optionally allow a new option to be
specified that results in the LOG QUERY output using the CLC (Colon:Length:Colon) format. Or might
want to be able to optionally specify a delimiter to use instead of the default CR LF in the output from a
LOG QUERY request.

This feature should no longer be needed once Feature #740150 is implemented.

Now that feature #740150 has been implemented in STAF
V3.0, this feature is no longer needed.
