Presently i am installing QTP in all test machines and triggering the same from Monitoring machine.
Is there any way to run QTP Scripts in clients without installing QTP in clients.

How is this a question on STAF/STAX? Perhaps this is a QTP question that should be asked on a QTP forum.
If a QTP script requires QTP to be installed in order to be run, then running the QTP script via STAF/STAX does not change that. You could use STAF's PROCESS START request to first install QTP on all your test machines (assuming the QTP install provides a commmand-line install feature) before using STAF's PROCESS START service to run a QTP script all your test machines.
