#13 Discrepencies On Consensus

When joining contigs, it is not only useful to see the differences between the consesus' of the contigs but also whether there exists any discrepancies for a particular column in the alignment without having to scroll up and down. For example when deleting gap columns from the consensus. This might be achieved by also highlighting the background of the corresponding consensus sequence.
