John Nash - 2011-07-21

I just discovered that gap5 can look at 454 SFF files, so I tried this with the SVN version of July 21 on both our Ubuntu and my Mac computers.

In both cases, clicking to reveal a trace gives a message in the bash terminal window:

Discovery:S_Nitra johnnash2$ gap5 S_Nitra_mirascaff3_out.0.g5
Database version=2
'GMD8SHL01BXYMY': couldn't open
'GMD8SHL01BXYMY': couldn't open

If I try to set the trace file location from the menu, I get:

invalid command name "io_read_database"
invalid command name "io_read_database"
    while executing
"io_read_database $io"
    (procedure "FindRawDataNote" line 2)
    invoked from within
"FindRawDataNote $io"
    (procedure "SetRawData" line 8)
    invoked from within
"SetRawData $io"
    ("eval" body line 1)
    invoked from within
"eval {SetRawData $io}"
    invoked from within
".#mainwin#menus.#mainwin#menus#options invoke active"
    ("uplevel" body line 1)
    invoked from within
"uplevel #0

  • "
        (procedure "tk::MenuInvoke" line 50)
        invoked from within
    "tk::MenuInvoke .#mainwin#menus.#mainwin#menus#options 1"
        (command bound to event)
  • The behaviour is identical with Mac and Ubuntu.
