#19 Install Problem. SSR Disabled

I'm just having a little trouble getting SSR Tech up and
running. It seems perfect for what I want.

I've copied the folders to my server etc. opened install
page. Step 1 and Step 2 are fine. After doing the
database details I just get a page saying SSR Disabled.

How can I resolve this. I haven't changed any files etc.
I'm a bit lost as to where this has came from.

Any help would be great! Keep up the good work!
